Honestly, Josh was a godsend. I recently owned an investment property in Flinders View for several years. As an interstate owner it was useful to have Joshua Schweitzer call a couple of times a year with a market update but without ever being intrusive. When it did come time to sell Josh was the logical choice. His knowledge of the local market was impressive and within two weeks he had my property under contract at our agreed price. Unfortunately that buyer was unable to complete the contract. “Don’t worry Ian. I’ll find us another buyer” Within two weeks the property was under contract again at a higher price than the original one. Amazing! Professional and respectful

From the moment Josh touched base with me regarding the status of my property several years ago, I found him to be both professional and respectful. He understood that I didn’t wish to sell, but I liked his energy so asked him to keep in touch and let me know what was happening around the area. He did just that, but not so often that it drove me insane like other sales people! He understood if I didn’t take his phone call and stayed in the background, dropping me an email from time to time about comparative sales which I really appreciated. Fast forward to a turn of events that saw me have to sell the property unexpectedly and I had Josh in the back of my mind straight away. I contacted him to get an idea of the market (I live out of state) and his advice on selling. Josh was quick to take the challenge. I needed a fast sale and the best price I could get. After checking coms we agreed on what we thought was achievable and priced it a little higher. I believe his ongoing client relationships, with both vendors and purchasers are well established and based on respect. Josh kept me up to date throughout every step of the process, liaised between my conveyancer, my existing property manager and attended the property to reassure and enhance a smooth transition for the existing tenants.
