Mackenzie held our hands through the entire process and any time I felt doubt or didn’t understand something regarding the purchase of our new home and selling our current one, I felt comfortable calling her and she always helped. We put all our trust in Mackenzie as we were in a different state from where our property was for sale, and she certainly didn't let us down From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure our property was ready to achieve the best possible result. She didn’t just list our home — she took full ownership of preparing it for sale. It turned out the property needed some work before it could be listed and she organised painters, electricians , plumbers, carpet layers, and a builder, managing the entire process seamlessly and taking all the stress off our shoulders. She even rolled up her sleeves before Open for Inspections by dusting and mopping the entire house. Her communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. She kept us informed, answered every question promptly, and always made us feel like a top priority.
