We used Tim Altass Real Estate for our recent property sale and were very happy with the values based approach taken by Tim. They didn't try and upsell you on "marketing" but discussed what we needed to do to get a good price and treated us with honesty and transparency. We feel that Tim honestly had our best interest (and bank account) to heart and the home sold for a price we were happy with in just a few weeks with no upfront fees and no post sale 'add ons'. If you are looking to work with an agency with integrity and maximise your return ( not a real estate agency's profit margins) then I recommend Tim Altass.
