Jo from Johnson Real Estate was highly communicative, informative and just overall so nice from start to finish for our first home buying experience. I did not expect a selling agent to be so helpful towards us as buyers, but Jo pretty much guided us the whole way through and made the new and daunting journey of buying a first home pleasant and smooth. The gift basket on settlement day was also an extremely generous gesture and a pleasant surprise. She was able to arrange a 'Sold' sign for us despite being a townhouse unit deep inside the complex.
