I recently owned an investment property in Flinders View for several years. As an interstate owner it was useful to have Joshua Schweitzer call a couple of times a year with a market update but without ever being intrusive. When it did come time to sell Josh was the logical choice. His knowledge of the local market was impressive and within two weeks he had my property under contract at our agreed price.
